Just to clear up any confusion, Here they are: 

1. Be a frequent player 

2. Must be a decent lvl (usually 20+) 

3. I really gotta know you pretty good, or hear some good things on you 

4. Be able to lead everyone else if no other officer is on 

5. Whatever you do, Don’t ask….That really gets on my nerves
